About the education
At the Funside Balaton media camp you can learn the secrets of photography with your own camera (bring your own!). Whether you are a beginner or an experienced photographer, there is room for improvement for everyone. Our instructors are the camp’s professional photographers, who will help you get the most out of your images while practicing in a beautiful setting. Your best photos from the week will be screened at the camp’s closing event, so you can share your creations with others.
The camp classes are held from Monday to Friday mornings: we’ll show you the basic settings (shutter speed, ISO, aperture), go over composition and subject selection and of course lots of live practice. Then we download the finished images and make some tweaks if necessary. We’ll help you to get to know your own camera better and you’ll be able to practise further on your own at home. If possible, we will also go on a night shoot once a week within the camp area! Check out the best photos of our campers from previous years here!
No previous qualifications required.
