In the opening week of our anniversary year, we’ll be turning the camp into a virtual playground where you can take control: in our 10th year, we’ll introduce you the now 20-year-old world of The Sims video game! This year each week will have its own team competition, so you’ll find out, who does the best in the virtual world. We have come up with numerous new games, including the biggest sensation, the 600 square meter Airpark!
In the first week of Funside Balaton, we’ll make the virtual world of The Sims real and bring it to our campers. This week, the biggest surprise of our 10th anniversary year will be making its debut: the 30 meters long and 20 meters wide inflatable Airpark has a range of games and obstacles for you to conquer on Wednesday.
Prepare for other new activities as well: we’ve upgraded our Activity Nights with Pictionairy Air: turn the world into your canvas and have your teammates guess what you’ve drawn – which will appear on their screens! On Monday night, you’ll have the chance to try yourselves in the coolest challenges of the decade in our Challenge Night, and ultimately, you’ll also be able to try Bingo Lingo, a phenomenal game of bingo with a show on stage. This will accompany our traditional Just Dance night.
While we might be in the virtual world, that won’t stop the real one from going around, so we’ll be catching up with the actions of Euro 2020: if you do well enough on the Tuesday qualifiers, you might get a chance to play in the finals on Thursday night! We’ll keep the spirit up for the last day of the camp, as the Friday activity will be our classic Beach Party.
