About the education
This summer, we’re launching a brand-new concept in Budapest: the FUNtastic Science – Space Adventure Summer Camp, organized in collaboration with the FUNtastic Academy team.
This special “collab camp” is designed for campers who love experiments, exploration, and exciting scientific challenges. Every morning, campers will participate in two 1.5-hour classes led by the FUNtastic Academy team, with each day bringing increasingly thrilling missions and experiences.
Storyline: Mission at the Space Academy
The children arrive at the camp as recruits of the Space Academy. Throughout the week, they take part in a special “training program” to become true space explorers by the end of the camp.

Our goal is for children to explore the exciting world of science in a playful, hands-on way, while working in teams, experimenting, asking questions, and creating – all while becoming true Space Cadets! 🌠
How collaboration classes work
At our new Pest location we are launching our first “Collab” camp, where we partner with external educational organizations to bring even more exciting activities to our campers.
If you choose a collab class, after breakfast you will spend the entire morning period* with the partner organization’s team. From lunchtime onward, you will rejoin the other Funside campers for meals and all the exciting afternoon programs.
*Because of this schedule, collab activities cannot be combined with another activity.
Free time games and activities
PlayVR Amusement Park
At the 800 m² PlayVR experience center, kids are welcomed by exciting VR team games and themed escape rooms, offering unforgettable virtual adventures.
Pinball Museum
We’ll visit the Pinball Museum, where lots of arcade machines and plenty of fun activities await us!
Palatinus Bath
During every session, we’ll spend time at the Palatinus Bath. In good weather, we’ll use the outdoor pools, and in rainy weather, we’ll head to the indoor pool section.
Laser Tag Arena
Lasergame awaits you on a custom-designed arena covering several hundred square meters, filled with UV lights and impressive sound effects for an unforgettable laser battle experience.
Superfly Budapest
Superfly Budapest is an indoor trampoline and entertainment park covering over 2,200 m², featuring a ninja course, swinging trapeze, giant slide, parkour and balance elements, and various trampoline games in a fun, air-conditioned environment.
Margaret Island
We’re taking advantage of being near Margaret Island, so we’ll also be welcoming you with outdoor games and fun activities on the island.
