The voucher can be used for the 2025 Funside Balaton Camp and entitles one person to one basic camp week. Conditions of use: to use the voucher, select the Christmas voucher option in the Payment Methods field of the camp registration form, then enter the unique code you received after purchasing the voucher in the Comments field. The voucher does not exempt the user from registering for the camp (registration and participation conditions are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the camp in force at the time). The unique, one-time-use code will be sent by e-mail after purchase. The voucher can only be used once and will be permanently invalidated once used (it is not necessary to show it at the camp). Tip: it is advisable to register as early as possible to make sure there is space for the week of your choice!
*If you are on a waiting list (for a class or a session), applicants with a Christmas voucher will be given priority and will have a better chance of being admitted to the classes/session of their choice).
Premium classes: the voucher includes the basic fee for a session (camp week), but not the extrafees for premium classes; if you choose these – or any other services such as the group travel option by Funside private bus – the extra fees must be paid using one of the traditional payment methods.
Period of use: from the beginning of the Funside Balaton 2025 camp application period, subject to availability of camp places, but no later than 1 June 2025. If the voucher is not used by the deadline due to lack of valid registration, the camp organisers will automatically consider it as a cancellation and will refund the amount minus the 5% handling fee to the original purchaser within 30 days, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy: the voucher can be exchanged for cash (only by the original purchaser) until the confirmation of the camp registration, after the deduction of a 5% handling fee; after the registration for the camp has been submitted and confirmed, cancellation is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the camp in force. If the user of the voucher does not fit into any of the 2025 Funside Balaton camp weeks with an registration made before 1 June 2025 and is placed on the camp waiting list at the time of application – i.e. there are no places available for any week at the time of registration – the reservation will be cancelled upon request and the voucher price will be refunded at 100% value.
