Fast check-in option
You can choose the "fast check-in" option when you arrive at the camp, for faster administration! (In addition to fast check-in, the traditional check-in method will also be available, so you will be free to choose between the two.)
Fast check-in process
For fast check-in, the following must be accurately prepared:
- all necessary downloadable disclaimer forms printed and signed,
- your social TAJ / European Health Insurance Card (original or a copy) or travel insurance,
- the amount of money for the snack bar account prepared accurately (so no change is necessary),
- and any medications (with written instructions if you take medication regularly).
Please put all these in an envelope and write the child's name on the envelope. Important: please do not seal the envelope! If you have arrived as described above, please go to the "Fast check-in" desk at the camp venue: after a quick consultation, the camp can start immediately! (Please note that change requests and other requests are only possible at the 'regular' check-in desk. If you have such issues, please kindly proceed to the regular check-in desk or get in touch with the camp office ahead of arrival. Thank you.)
If you would like to speak to our medical team on arrival, you can do so after the "Fast Check-in" process.
Regular check-in procedure
If you do not meet, or only partially meet, the requirements for fast check-in; or if you have a change request, a question or other requests to the camp organizers, you will go through the usual check in process.
The regular check-in steps are:
- data verification,
- request for changes or amendments,
- answering any questions that may arise,
- handing over your TAJ / European Health Insurance Card (original or a copy) or travel insurance,
- handing over all necessary downloadable disclaimer forms printed and signed,
- handing over the amount for the snack bar account (only cash payment is possible),
- handing over any medication to our medical team.
The medical team on duty at the camp can be contacted after the check-in process.
