Our 1:1 online lessons bring the familiar Funside School methodology and atmosphere, with the usual teaching team and digital learning materials. However, regardless of location, and even more tailored to the individual, within the framework of our curricula even more adapted to the specific needs of those who can learn more effectively this way.
In our lessons, we use a variety of digital learning materials to help develop speaking skills, motivate playful learning and develop the areas most important for learning a language.
Language courses at Funside School
Hungarian courses
In case of our basic courses, our small groups (4-8 people) meet once a week after school (weekday afternoons or Saturday mornings), for 90-minute play-based and speech-centred lessons, divided by age and level. Following the school year, there are 16 sessions per term, during which our students work on 4 major topics and 4 short project presentations. In our modules, which build on each other, students work through the 16 main topics required for the main language exams in a total of 4 semesters per level before moving on to the next level.
Online Hungarian courses
In our online groups, you’ll learn with the same young teachers you’ll meet at Funside School locations and summer camps, but from the comfort of your own home! For our online courses, we work with even smaller group sizes (3-6 students) to make sure everyone has enough speaking time. And our experiential learning materials are specifically tailored to the online space for the best experience. Our online groups also meet once a week for 90 minutes, 16 times a term, following the school year.
Online 1:1 Hungarian courses
Our 1:1 online classes bring the familiar methodology and atmosphere of Funside School, with the usual teaching team and digital learning materials, but regardless of location and even more tailored to the individual for those who can learn more effectively. In our 1:1 online Hungarian lessons, children meet with our teachers 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minutes, 24 or 36 times over 3 months.
