About the education
At the Funside Balaton Golf Camp, we have 5 golf classes a week (1,5 hours a day, Monday through Friday), in small groups, based on skill level, guided by professional coaches. The lessons are held in Zalacsány at Zala Springs Golf Resort. Beginner classes start off at the driving range, practising strokes and movements, as well as familiarizing ourselves with the rules and etiquette of golf. As the week progresses, we move on to the green and practice playing on the actual course. Our advance learners will get more playing time, guided by our coaches. The equipment (clubs and balls) is provided by us.
The golf course is right by Lake Balaton and next door from our camp. If you choose our Golf Camp, you will have 1,5 hours of golf classes every weekday, then after getting back to the camp you will have your second session of lessons. For this you can choose one of our many other topics: Sports, Dance, Windsurfing and English as a second language camps are all popular choices (see the full list below.) Regardless of which classes you choose, you will get to take part in several exciting free-time activities after the classes, in the afternoons and evenings, with all the other Funside Balaton campers.
