About the education
If you want to see how the world of fashion meets sustainability, try our Fashion Upcycling class, which debuted in 2024!
This year we are adding a new and exciting technique to our class, which is lino-cutting: watch a short video demonstration of this technique. Based on your feedback, we are expanding our toolkit and curriculum: you can choose from several projects, such as jewellery and bag making, sewing phone cases or making a simple top. During the week, we will learn the basics of sewing and sewing techniques, and the characteristics of different fabrics.
We believe that an eco-friendly approach and a positive mindset are key to a sustainable future. For us, it is important that you gain a new perspective on the experience of creating and that you can apply what you learn in the class to your everyday life. No prior training is necessary to participate, we will guide you step by step through the process, giving you individual help and continuous feedback. At the end of the week, you will have the opportunity to showcase your work to the whole camp.
If you have an outfit you’re having trouble letting go of, bring it with you and transform it!
