About the education
Craft your own music from existing or new sound samples you have created, by using a music software, in Funside Balaton’s newly launched Music Production class!
You will start by learning about the capabilities of the software, and as we progress through the days you will also have the opportunity to create your own base, melody and music. You will also learn basic computer and media skills, such as cutting and moving sound tracks, using keyboard shortcuts, pitch and rhythm editing. By the end of the week, you won’t be new to the concepts of sampling, loop, midi, beat or bpm.
No prior training is necessary for this class, we’ll take you step-by-step through the process and help you create a song that reflects your creativity. If you have been playing music for a long time and would like to bring your own instrument to the camp, there is also the possibility to record the sound samples you play, edit them and incorporate them into the song you are working on. (The use of an instrument is not compulsory; the instrument you may bring will only be used for a short period of time – for the recording of a sound sample – and then everyone will work individually or in small groups in the music software.)

The price below is the basic camp fee, which includes a combination of two classes with a basic fee, if you choose a classes with an extra fee, the higher fee will be added to the basic fee, for details click here. For more details, please see the prices page.
Premium class extra fee for Music Production

Our premium camp classes are delivered by our external partners. We provide all the necessary tools and equipments for the classes.
