{"id":45357,"date":"2019-02-10T17:26:25","date_gmt":"2019-02-10T16:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/funside.hu\/?p=45357"},"modified":"2019-02-11T15:58:27","modified_gmt":"2019-02-11T14:58:27","slug":"week-2-theme-game-on","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/funside-balaton-en\/balaton-news\/week-2-theme-game-on\/","title":{"rendered":"Week 2 Theme: Game ON!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Week 2 is going to revolve around old and new games, fun activities combined with well-known retro or brand-new games: afternoon activities will include&nbsp;<strong>Game of Life<\/strong>, our brand new Retro Games Day, last year&#8217;s new activity,&nbsp;<strong>Camp\u2019s Got Talent, as well as a trip to the Aqua Park.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The week of games will include plenty of exciting brand new or returning activities from previous camp seasons. Among others, there will be a life-sized version of the well-known&nbsp;<strong>Game of Life<\/strong> board game, as well as our very own&nbsp;<strong>Camp\u2019s got talent<\/strong>&nbsp;activity from last year, where campers will have the chance to create their own game stations for others to try, showcasing their own interests and creativity.<\/p>\n<p>The theme of the week will guarantee a special <strong>Camp Opening Ceremony<\/strong> with many gamesome challenges. During the <strong>Games Night<\/strong>, will host our first Classic Nintendo tournament, taking us back to the 1990s, while our favorite Charades-themed group challenge, <strong>Activity Night<\/strong>, will also take place during Week 2.<\/p>\n<p>A very new Funside activity will make also its debut this week, which is <strong>Retro Games Day<\/strong>, where a wide variety of challenges, inspired by old school, as well as current games will be on display. Wednesday&#8217;s&nbsp;<strong>Aquapark<\/strong> afternoon will be back this year, when the whole camp visits the Spa- and Wellness Centre S\u00e1rv\u00e1r to enjoy the giant water slides and swimming pools for the whole afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The second week will be rounded out by an <strong>Open-air cinema, <\/strong>some more&nbsp;beach time, a<strong> Quidditch Tournament,&nbsp;<\/strong>and traditional week-closing&nbsp;<strong>Teen Disco.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Weekly Schedule 2019 Week 2\" src=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Napi_19_2_EN.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Week 2 is going to revolve around old and new games, fun activities combined with well-known retro or brand-new games: afternoon activities will include&nbsp;Game of Life, our brand new Retro Games Day, last year&#8217;s new activity,&nbsp;Camp\u2019s Got Talent, as well as a trip to the Aqua Park.
