We are planning a surprising but truly unique activity for Week 1 of this year’s Funside Balaton camp. On July 9, the day of the Hungarian premiere and a\u00a0day before the US one, we will hold our very own Minions Day<\/strong> during the afternoon, followed by a premiere screening of the new movie in the evening, using professional 3D cinema equipment. All this is happening inside our camp venue: Hungary’s MozgoMozi team will bring their\u00a07 meter projection technology with cinema quality\u00a0image and sound, all in 3D, to our camp.<\/p>\n The movies Despicable Me 1 and 2 are among the favorites of many camp-goers. This new installment of the franchise is a prequel, set before the events of the first two films, which\u00a0introduces us to Minions\u00a0Stuart, Kevin and Bob on their quest to find a new super-villain, before they had met Gru. As the movie’s premiere date happens to overlap with Week 1 of this year’s camp, it was a natural choice for us to include it in our program, with the blessing of the official distributor.<\/p>\n To celebrate this unique, one-off event, prior to the screening we are holding our own Minions Day, with games, quizzes and other challenges.
