Places are available in <strong>limited numbers<\/strong>, the registration process ends when all places for a given session are filled up. When a session (week) or class type is full, a <strong>waiting list<\/strong> is opened.<\/p>\n<p>The sign-up process starts on<strong> Wednesday, May X at midday, local time (GMT +1)<\/strong>: the sign-up form will be available below, on this page, starting at this time. We recommend that you prepare in advance the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the camper&#8217;s personal details (including health insurance number or insurance alternatives)<\/li>\n<li>parents&#8217; contact details<\/li>\n<li>billing address<\/li>\n<li>chosen weeks and classes* (please note: it&#8217;s best to prepare an extra choice of class in case your first or second choice is already sold out by the time you sign up)<\/li>\n<li>chosen menu (in 2024, you will be able to choose from: regular, vegetarian, regular without port, lactose-free, milk protein-free, gluten-free, NON-severe allergy to peanuts or other nuts)<\/li>\n<li>means of travel<\/li>\n<li>camper&#8217;s T-shirt size<\/li>\n<li>as well as the full names of preferred roommates (if available)**<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*<strong>Classes<\/strong>: when choosing your classes on the sign-up form, the order of the choices (within the same week) will not affect the actual order of your classes (e.g. if you would like to pick a combination of English and Tennis, it doesn&#8217;t matter if you select English first or Tennis first, it will not affect the final order of your camp timetable).<\/p>\n<p>**<strong>Room allocation conditions<\/strong>: we assign children to different rooms based on their age and gender. In practice, this means that in one room, there can only be either boys or girls with no more than 2 years of difference in age (e.g. 10 to 12). If your child wants to be in the same room with a specific someone or a group of people (siblings, relatives, friends), please specify that in the registration form and we will try our best to make it happen. If more people want to be in the same room than there are beds in that room (3 to 6 beds in each room), our system will prioritise mutual matches (i.e. those who have mutually mentioned each other will have priority). What we cannot accommodate: matches that do not meet the above criteria (e.g. too much age difference within a room) and Double Group wishes (impacting the room assignment of other groups).<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t<h3><span>Confirmation and camp fees<\/span><\/h3> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t<div class=\"lefty\"><p>Once we have received your online registration form, our system will send you an automatic confirmation email, and <strong>within the next few days<\/strong>, after the application has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent to the parents\u2019 email addresses provided on the sign-up form (each sign-up form is personally checked by our team). The confirmation email will also include all necessary information regarding the methods of payment.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the date of application, if you chose one amount payment, it must be made <strong>within 21 days<\/strong> of application confirmation by 10 June; for applications submitted after 10 June, payment must be made <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> of application confirmation. Exception: if the application is made less than 2 weeks before the start of the week, the payment deadline is reduced to <strong>3 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Instalment payments are also available free of charge: if you choose to pay in <strong>2 or 3 monthly instalments<\/strong>, the payment must be made <strong>within 8 days<\/strong> of the issue of the monthly pro forma invoice (2 or 3 pcs) according to the instalment you chose.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose 3 monthly instalments until <strong>1 April 2024<\/strong> , 2 monthly instalments for applications submitted until <strong>1 May 2024<\/strong> on the application form. After 1 May 2024, only a single payment will be possible for the 2024 summer season. More information will be sent in the confirmation email following the application and will also be included on the pro forma invoice form(s).<\/p>\n<p>You can pay the camp fee by <strong>bank transfer<\/strong> in <strong>HUF<\/strong> or <strong>Euro<\/strong>, by <strong>direct cash payment to our bank account<\/strong>, <strong>credit\/debit card<\/strong> (only in one amount) and\/or by <strong>SZ\u00c9P card<\/strong> (OTP SZ\u00c9P card, K&amp;H SZ\u00c9P card, MBH SZ\u00c9P card).<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t<h3><span>General Terms and Conditions, Camp Policy, Privacy Policy<\/span><\/h3> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t<div class=\"lefty\"><p>When signing up, you must accept our <strong>Camp Policy<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>General Terms and Conditions<\/strong>, a copy of which must also be signed on the first day of camp by the parent or contact person. <strong>The General Terms and Conditions <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/parental-disclaimer-agreement-autumn-camp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">can be read here<\/a>. <strong>The Camp Policy<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/camp-policy-autumn-camp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">can be read here<\/a>.
