Once we have received your registration, we will book your place at the camp. When a class or session is full, a waiting list will be opened.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong>&nbsp;when choosing your classes on the sign-up form, the order of the choices (within the same week) will not affect the actual order of your classes (e.g. if you would like to pick a combination of English and Tennis, it doesn&#8217;t matter if you select English first or Tennis first, it will not affect the final order of your camp timetable).<\/p>\n<p><strong>To complete the registration form, we recommend that you prepare the following in advance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the camper\u2019s personal details (including health insurance number or insurance alternatives)<\/li>\n<li>parents\u2019 contact details<\/li>\n<li>billing address<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/dates-budapest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chosen week(s)&nbsp;and&nbsp;classes<\/a>* (<strong>please note<\/strong>: it\u2019s best to prepare an extra choice of class in case your first or second choice is already sold out by the time you sign up)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/meals-and-special-diets-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chosen menu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>camper\u2019s T-shirt size<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t<h3><span>Confirmation and camp fees<\/span><\/h3> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t<div class=\"lefty\"><p>Once we have received your online registration form, our system will send you an automatic email to the parents&#8217; email addresses provided on the sign-up form (this is not the confirmation of your booking yet). Then the confirmation email will be sent to you <strong>within the next few days&nbsp;<\/strong>(each sign-up form is personally checked by our team). The confirmation email will also include all necessary information regarding the methods of payment.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the date of application, if you chose one amount payment, it must be made&nbsp;<strong>within 21 days<\/strong>&nbsp;of application confirmation by 10 June; for applications submitted after 10 June, payment must be made&nbsp;<strong>within 14 days<\/strong>&nbsp;of application confirmation. Exception: if the application is made less than 2 weeks before the start of the week, the payment deadline is reduced to&nbsp;<strong>3 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Installment payments are also available free of charge with bank card: if you choose to pay in&nbsp;<strong>2, 3 or 4 monthly installments<\/strong>, the payment must be made&nbsp;<strong>within 21 days<\/strong>&nbsp;of the issue of the monthly pro forma invoice (2, 3 or 4 pcs) according to the installment you chose.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can select a 4-month installment plan for applications submitted by&nbsp;<strong>31 March 2026<\/strong>, a 3-month plan for those submitted by&nbsp;<strong>30 April 2026<\/strong>, and a 2-month plan for those submitted by&nbsp;<strong>10 June 2026<\/strong>. After 10 June 2026, only a single payment will be possible for the 2026 summer season. Further details will be sent in the confirmation email and included on the pro forma invoice form(s).<\/p>\n<p>You can pay the camp fee by&nbsp;<strong>bank transfer<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>HUF<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>Euro<\/strong>, by&nbsp;<strong>direct cash payment to our bank account<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>credit\/debit card<\/strong>&nbsp;(only in one amount) and\/or by&nbsp;<strong>SZ\u00c9P card<\/strong>&nbsp;(OTP SZ\u00c9P card, K&amp;H SZ\u00c9P card, MBH SZ\u00c9P card).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/pricing-budapest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Learn more<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t<h3><span>General Terms and Conditions, Camp Policy and Privacy Policy<\/span><\/h3> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t<div class=\"lefty\"><p>When signing up, you must accept our&nbsp;<strong>Camp Policy (Rules)<\/strong>, as well as the&nbsp;<strong>General Terms and Conditions<\/strong>, a copy of which must also be signed on the first day of camp by the parent or contact person.&nbsp; The <strong>Camp Policy<\/strong> for all day camp locations <a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/camp-policy-budapest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">can be read here.<\/a> Our Privacy Policy <a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/funside-privacy-statement-applications-newsletters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">can be read here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The General Terms and Conditions for each location can be read here:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/general-terms-budapest-day-camps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Buda venue<\/a> (Vill\u00e1nyi Street \/ Premier Padel Park)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/funside.hu\/en\/general-terms-and-conditions-pest-location\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pest venue<\/a> (J\u00e1szai Mari Square \/ Margaret Island)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t<h3><span>Cancellations<\/span><\/h3> \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t<div class=\"lefty\"><p><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> in case of cancellation due to illness or any other reason prior to the camp, there is a full refund (with only a 5% service fee deducted) if the cancellation happens up to 2 weeks before the given camp week. Parents may choose to exchange their camp week for another week, subject to availability, at no extra cost up to 2 weeks before the original camp week.
